Hiring Us

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

What’s the process for hiring you? What do I need to do?

Give us a call, so we can set up a time to come take a look at your floor, building, or blueprints. We will then present you with options, give you a customized proposal, and present color charts and samples. Once you decide to hire us, we install a sample or mock-up area.

All our jobs are in writing, so our clients know exactly what they are paying for.

Cleaning and Maintenance

How do I clean my concrete floor, and how often?

The frequency depends on traffic. Clean your newly polished concrete floor with a neutral pH cleaner. Use a cleaner that’s too high or low in pH, and you’ll reduce the gloss prematurely while risking damage to the finish.

How do I maintain my concrete floor?

Apply a sealer to protect against staining (we can do this for you). Be sure to match the sealer with the type of staining most likely to occur, i.e. penetrating or reactive staining.

How do I maintain my polished concrete floor?

To keep a polished concrete floor at an optimal level of gloss, dust mop it regularly. Use a wet mop with pH neutral cleaner as needed. For large areas, use an automatic scrubber with a non-abrasive pad.
